Full name and address. e-mailaddress. 2) Surname (Given name optional) 3) Irish Information-- County and Townland or Parish inthat order - Indicate if Parish is Roman Catholic (RC) or Civil (CV) - Time period. 4) US Information -- City and State or other appropriatelocation such as County. Leitrim, Drumkeeren, Innismagrith(RC) 1815 - US Information - Toledo/Ohio 1854- Keep your information as concise as possible. If theymoved many times it may be necessary to give less detail. It is possible to give the IrishInformation as "Ireland" or USA Information as the State if no furtherinformation is known. Some indication of date should be given.
